☆ Do you often feel frustrated because you know you’re capable of more, but struggle to reach your potential, held back by distractions, procrastination, or self-doubt?
☆ Do you find yourself constantly switched on, juggling a million thoughts, but still feeling like you’re not doing enough (or maybe not doing it ‘right’)?
☆ Do you want personalised support to better understand how your mind works, quiet the inner critic, and build confidence to thrive, both at work and beyond?
If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these, one-to-one coaching could be exactly what you need to unlock your energy, clarity and potential.
I work with people who are creative, driven, thoughtful – and sometimes completly exhausted by their own minds.
Whether you identify as neurodivergent or not, we’ll work with how you think, feel and operate best.
One to One Coaching
Personal, powerful, and completely focused on you.
Whether you’re navigating a tricky role, feeling stuck, overwhelmed by expectations, or just trying to figure out what’s next, one-to-one coaching creates the space to untangle your thoughts, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with clarity.
I work with deep thinkers, overachievers, creative minds and steady hands who quietly carry too much. You might be neurodivergent. You might not. What’s important is that we will focus on how your brain works not how it “should”.
If you’re ready to step up into your potential and feel more grounded and confident then book a free discovery call to see if we are a good fit.

About Holly
As a purpose-driven coach and facilitator, I love working with people to help unlock their ability to transform and change.
I spent over a decade as a producer/director making documentaries for Channel 4, the BBC, the Discovery Channel and more, and nearly 13 years as Executive Director of Bath Film Festival, where I transformed a small local festival into a regional cultural force.
I led everything from strategy and governance to fundraising, marketing, and audience development - quadrupling turnover, building diverse teams, securing national sponsorship, and pioneering inclusive programming.
In 2014 I founded the F-Rating, a feminist film rating designed to amplify women in film. You can listen to my F-Rated Podcast here.
Alongside this, I’ve produced countless live events and webinars, facilitated empowerment workshops, action learning groups, and transformational retreats and even set up a guesthouse for Astanga yoga students in India, which, remarkably, is still going strong more than two decades later.
Inspired by the many remarkable coaches I encountered along the way I trained as an ICF Coach, an Action Learning Facilitator and an Association for Coaching® ADHD Coach.
I bring all of this into my work: deep listening, sharp thinking, and a belief in people’s capacity to change when they’re truly seen and supported.
Passionate about equity, creativity and sustainability, I'm dedicated to making the world - and the workplace - more inclusive, humane and resilient.
